Not well-written, but has a lot of good ideas for maintaining good relationships & communication. If you're interested in studying communication skills from a Biblical perspective, this is a good primer but hardly the only volume you'll need to consult. I just need to find another one myself now.

Great Author and Great Communicator I am so glad that Pastor Greg Baker has finally authored his book on developing effective communication and social skills. His life validates the content of this book. We live in a society where there is a lot of noise yet far not enough transfer of ideas and truths because of the lack of proper communication. Most people are too busy talking that they don't realize that no one is listening. Finally, a book well-written that addresses the issue that communication is with the ear also and not with just the tongue. This is a definite must-read!

Great Author and Great Communicator I am so glad that Pastor Greg Baker has finally authored his book on developing effective communication and social skills. His life validates the content of this book. We live in a society where there is a lot of noise yet far not enough transfer of ideas and truths because of the lack of proper communication. Most people are too busy talking that they don't realize that no one is listening. Finally, a book well-written that addresses the issue that communication is with the ear also and not with just the tongue. This is a definite must-read!

I Use These Tools All The Time After reading this book, I found that I am using the tools and techniques described in the book in almost every area of my life. The book is easy to read, and I found each chapter to stand alone enough that I could skip right to the parts that I thought would help me the most.And this book did help me!
